These are the key obligations every hirer agrees to when booking with Coastal Holiday Hire.

Key Hirer Obligations

Safe & Legal Use
Operate equipment strictly according to instructions, laws, and manufacturer guidelines.
No Drugs/Alcohol
No one under the influence should operate the equipment.
Protect Equipment
Keep goods secure, in working order, and protected from theft/damage; don't repair without consent.
No Alterations
Don't remove labels, tamper, or damage the equipment.
No Sub-Hiring
You can't re-hire or part with possession of the equipment.
Return in Good Condition
Return equipment clean, undamaged (beyond fair wear & tear), with all parts.

Full Liability
You're responsible for all damage, loss, or injury.
Payment
Pay hire charges, damage repair, or replacement.
Cancellation Fees
Payments may be forfeited if you cancel within 3 days of hire date.
